As the Global Commercial Rights Holder, Asante Intellectual Property (AIP) maintains exclusive jurisdiction over all trademarked assets and operations of the Life&Standards® brand. This centralisation ensures the integrity and standard of the brand globally.

Furthermore, AIP wishes to formally state that it operates with total financial and commercial independence. It maintains no affiliation, partnership, or financial association with the "Asante Group."

All commercial inquiries, licensing requests, and legal matters regarding the Life&Standards® brand and Life&Standards®DotCom must be directed exclusively to Asante Intellectual Property (AIP).
