As the commercial rights holder AIP is responsible for the management, marketing, promotion, and protection of all intellectual property within it ownership and control.

This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, patents, domain names, email accounts, documents, courses, legal agreements, business ideas, business systems, business names, letters, declarations, meeting systems, websites, podcasts, television and radio broadcasts, seminars, real-world meetings, online and social media postings and broadcasts, and any additional marketing tools and methods.

As the commercial rights holder AIP provides a mechanism to licence this Intellectual Property to individuals or organizations to use in any lawful way as stipulated by AIP. Payments made to AIP may include sponsorship fees, retainer fees, licence fees, membership fees, royalties or commissions relating to any commercial agreement, policy agreement, invoice schedule, as well as the use of said Intellectual Property for any lawful use as defined by AIP within the scope of all current legislation.

Where there is a current reciprocal licence agreement in place AIP may make royalty payments to any individual or company when shared royalties become due in accordance with the terms, conditions and benefits of said reciprocal agreement.

As the commercial rights holder AIP manages and controls a wide range of Intellectual Property which is protected although its primary focus is the management, marketing,, promotion, and protection of the Life & Standards®Dot.Com platform and all associated Intellectual Property.
