Global Commercial Rights Holder: Asante Intellectual Property (AIP), an Independent Proprietorship Agency, is the only commercially active entity for the Life And Standards® Brand. It is the global commercial rights holder for Life&Standards®DotCom and the Life And Standards® Brand in its entirety.

Asset Ownership: No intellectual property or trademarks are owned or held by any limited companies with the Life And Standards® name. All such assets are owned exclusively by Mr. Marc Asante, the original creator(s) of the Life And Standards® Brand and Life&Standards®DotCom.

Role of Limited Companies: The UK-registered entities (e.g., Life & Standards Limited, Life & Standards Global Limited) are dormant/non-trading vehicles. They were incorporated solely for name protection and to prevent third-party registration, not for commercial operation.

Management:The AIP Business management team oversee all global commercial interests.

As the Global Commercial Rights Holder, Asante Intellectual Property (AIP) maintains exclusive jurisdiction over all trademarked assets and operations of the Life And Standards® Brand. This centralisation ensures the integrity and standard of the brand globally.

Furthermore, Asante Intellectual Property (AIP) wishes to formally state that it operates with total financial and commercial independence. It maintains no affiliation, partnership, or financial association with the "Asante Group."

All commercial inquiries, licensing requests, partnership and membership applications and legal matters regarding the Life And Standards® Brand and Life&Standards®DotCom must be directed exclusively to Asante Intellectual Property (AIP).
